Shamrock Apartments are ideally situated in a quiet avenue with a sunny aspect. Centrally positioned in the Town Centre and only minutes level walk to Promenade and all amenities. Parking is available at the front of the property, and for Apartment 2, at the rear.

All Apartments have double glazing. The Apartments have lounge, kitchen and bedroom heating, and flat screen coloured TVs with Freeview. They also have a microwave, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner..

They are all electric with their own meter (50p coin) (Flat 4 - £1 coin). Linen and utensils are provided (except towels). Decoration is of a high standard and cleanliness is assured.

Apartments are ready for occupation from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on day of departure. Cots and highchairs are available on prior request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.
